### Job Description:

As a Guest Experience Host, you will act as the face of Disney, embodying our values and commitment to excellence in every interaction. In this role, you will handle a variety of guest inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and resolve any issues with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism.

Your daily tasks will include engaging with guests through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat. You will assist guests with reservations, ticketing, and provide detailed information about park attractions, events, and accommodations. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our park operations, event schedules, and promotional offerings to ensure that all guest communications are informative and beneficial.

Critical to your role will be the ability to personalize interactions and create magical moments that align with Disney’s storytelling tradition. You will also collect and report guest feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and guest experiences.

### Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

2. Manage reservations, ticketing, and adjustments with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

3. Provide accurate, up-to-date information about Disney parks, events, and services.

4. Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and with a positive resolution.

5. Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.

6. Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about all aspects of Disney offerings.

7. Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of guest services.

### Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

2. Proven customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or related field.

3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.

5. High level of comfort with technology and various communication platforms.

6. Flexible schedule that allows for weekend and holiday availability.

7. Passion for Disney brand and knowledge of Disney products and services.

### Educational Qualifications:

– A minimum of a high school diploma is required.

– Further certifications in hospitality, customer service, or communication are a plus.

### Experience:

– Prior experience in customer service, especially in hospitality or entertainment, is highly valued.

– Experience working remotely is beneficial.
