Join us before our next international offsite.What you’ll doSales is scaling faster than our formal enablement and product-marketing capacity. We need a single owner to focus the team, drive GTM programs, and ship the assets that close deals.Build and run the GTM program roadmap.Partner with Product Marketing to craft positioning & collateral, then translate it into rep-ready enablement (playbooks, talk tracks, WorkRamp paths).Project-manage cross-functional initiatives (pricing changes, new ICP rollouts, tool implementations) to done.Instrument success: define KPIs, spin up dashboards, and iterate.Own onboarding & continuous education for AEs/SDRs: measure time-to-first-deal and win-rate lift.Act as “mini-Chief-of-Staff” to the Revenue Org: surface risks, propose experiments, and keep leadership unblocked.What you’ll bringProven experience in designing and delivering sales enablement programs that drive measurable results.Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and training techniques.Ability to leverage data to assess needs, measure impact, and continuously improve programs.Strong written communication skills. We’re a documentation-first culture.Strong visual communication skills, with the ability to design compelling and well-structured sales collateral (e.g., slide decks, one-pagers).Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work.
