We're hiring a GTM Engineer: Facebook & Social Outreach Automation Specialist.

About The Role
You'll run experiments for outreach on Facebook and similar platforms where standard automation tools are limited. Your job is to find what works within platform rules, iterate, and document playbooks we can scale. Technical proficiency and execution are central—you own experiments, tooling, and iteration. We're not looking for paid social ads experience.
Compensation
Up to $165,000 max total annual compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components).
What Success Looks Like in 30 Days
• Automation framework defined and documented (what runs, how, and how we stay within platform rules).
• Early experiments running with tracking and reporting in place; you're iterating on what works.
• Playbooks that automators can adopt; clear communication with the technical lead on blockers and next steps.
What You'll Do
• Design and run experiments for automated or semi-automated outreach on Facebook (and similar)
• Use AI/tooling to vary copy and timing; avoid spam patterns and volume triggers
• Optionally coordinate offshore VAs who execute through their own accounts; capture what works into a playbook
• Track leads and conversion signals; report and iterate
What We're Looking For
• Technical proficiency and execution — you run experiments and iterate quickly; you're comfortable with tooling (scripts, dashboards), AI, and fast iteration.
• AI exposure for automation is a key requirement — you use or have used AI to mimic human cadence, vary messaging, or run semi-automated flows.
• Evidence of creative outbound or growth experiments on restricted platforms (Facebook, forums, etc.).
• Tech stack familiarity: Automation/scraping tools (e.g. Phantom Buster, Browserbase), AI copy/cadence tools, Zapier/Make, spreadsheets/dashboards.
• Strong communication; we may use contest-style or trial engagement to find the right fit.
