GTM Engineer
Role OverviewWe're looking for a GTM Engineer to build and optimize our go-to-market. You'll evaluate and implement the latest AI tools to revolutionize lead generation, sales processes, and onboarding. You'll identify opportunities for AI innovation, implement scalable solutions, and drive efficiency across GTM functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign effective outbound campaigns with hyper-personalization for small to medium sized tech companiesManage and optimize our sales/marketing tech stack, including CRM (Attio)Develop AI-powered lead generation channels and optimize funnel conversionMonitor GTM metrics and provide actionable insightsExecute rapid A/B tests using AI to accelerate testing cyclesResearch, evaluate, and implement new AI tools relevant to GTMStay current with AI trends in GTM and share knowledge company-wideQualifications2+ years in Sales Engineering, Sales Ops, As a Chief of Staff or similar roles (B2B preferred)Ability to rapidly learn new AI technologiesProblem-solving and project management skillsPassion for AI applications and optimistic about the futureExperience with outbound campaigns and demand generation with AI methodologiesHands-on CRM experience and understanding of AI-first marketing/sales platformsStrong analytical skills and data reporting experienceProficiency with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)Knowledge of sales/marketing funnel optimizationSMB tech company and startup experience preferred
