GTM Automation Engineer (Remote, Dayshift)

This is a remote position. ROLE OVERVIEW We are hiring a Go‑To‑Market Automation Engineer to design, build, and operate the AI‑driven go‑to‑market automation layer that will scale and amplify our existing Marketing, Sales, and Success teams. The initial focus is on best-in-class, scalable workflows using our current stack: n8n, HubSpot, and Fireflies, with scope to experiment with new tooling as requirements evolve. OUTCOMES YOU WILL OWN • Scale GTM workflows with AI automations underpinned by n8n to drive leads, revenue, and retention • Maintain and own HubSpot workflows and data to align with sales, success, and marketing requirements • Route real‑time signals from intent, conversations, and product usage into HubSpot • Improve sales productivity through automated lead enrichment, intelligent routing, and AI-powered sequenced outreach • Build and document reliable automation workflows with monitoring, alerting, and error handling • Enable faster experimentation with versioned, testable workflows KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own the entire GTM stack, including: HubSpot, objects, entities, and GTM reporting dashboards • Build, document and operate event‑driven n8n workflows that orchestrate enrichment, routing, and reliability • Leverage AI and agents to capture signals, trigger next‑best actions and intelligently automate workflows across the GTM stack Requirements • 3+ years building automations or backend integrations in n8n • 3+ years experience in RevOps or GTM functions • Hands‑on CRM experience with HubSpot • Experience using AI, agents, and LLMs to automate GTM activities across sales, marketing, and customer success • Strong TypeScript/Node skills with API design, OAuth, webhooks, and pagination • Designing event‑driven systems across multiple tools and data sources • Experience building data enrichment pipelines Benefits • Fully Remote • Permanent Opportunity • All Equipment Provided • Government Mandated Benefits Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
