Role Overview

Build and scale your GTM advisory practice on an AI-native platform

We are onboarding a select group of experienced GTM advisors to build and grow their advisory practice on Elevate. Open to candidates across the US and Canada.

As a GTM Advisor, you will lead go-to-market engagements for your own clients
, using a proven GTM system, while leveraging Elevate’s platform, workflows, and collaboration to scale delivery.

This role is best suited for senior operators who already work with clients, or have access to a network or pipeline, and want to build a more scalable, repeatable advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Lead GTM strategy and execution engagements for your own clients
β€’ Own client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through delivery
β€’ Apply a structured GTM system across ICP, messaging, channels, and execution
β€’ Use platform-supported workflows for delivery, reporting, and optimization
β€’ Collaborate with Elevate on program design, delivery, and outcomes
β€’ Participate in Elevate-sourced engagements where relevant

Compensation Model
β€’ Advisor-led GTM programs delivered using Elevate: 40–50% revenue share
β€’ Elevate-sourced engagements: 25–40% revenue share (based on role)
β€’ Typical engagement size: $4,000 – $40,000+ per client

Note: Revenue share applies only to engagements delivered using the Elevate GTM system. Advisors may continue to operate independent engagements outside the platform.

We work closely with advisors to help them structure, deliver, and scale GTM programs, not just use a platform.
Requirements
β€’ 15–20+ years of experience in GTM, marketing, or growth leadership
β€’ Experience as a fractional CMO, GTM leader, or senior marketing operator
β€’ Proven ability to own and deliver client engagements end-to-end
β€’ Access to clients, network, or pipeline to originate engagements
β€’ Comfortable working within a structured GTM framework

Alternative Option (Platform Only)
β€’ Subscription: $499 – $1,499/month
β€’ No revenue share
β€’ Option to transition into the advisor model at any time

Cohort Details
We are onboarding an initial cohort of 3–5 advisors.

Selected advisors will work closely with the founding team to refine delivery, shape the GTM system, and build a scalable advisory model.

Important Note

This is not a salaried role and not a freelance marketplace. Advisors are expected to bring or source their own clients. Elevate may provide additional opportunities, but this role is designed for operators to build a long-term GTM advisory practice.
