Job Description
As the Associate Growth Marketer, you will actively work with the marketing team in the strategic planning, execution and the optimization of digital marketing campaigns to hit subscription goals. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
⢠Working with the Senior Manager of Marketing to help translate overall marketing strategy and insights to actionable marketing plans and strategic campaign recommendations
⢠Assist in the planning and execution of growth marketing strategies across various channels, including but not limited to paid social, search engine marketing (SEM) and paid app promotion.
⢠Oversee implementation of marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and technical execution
⢠Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets and messaging that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions
⢠Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV)
⢠Build relationships with core internal and external partners, staying up to date with platform changes and industry trends
⢠Work cross-functionally with UX design, engineering, and product teams in a variety of web development, product, and design projects to meet ambitious growth targets
Requirements
⢠2-3 yearsâ experience in digital paid marketing; subscription marketing a plus
⢠Someone who has a data mindset and is comfortable with challenging the norm and pushing the envelope
⢠Team player with a âcan doâ attitude
⢠Committed to the values of equity, inclusion and diversity
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 OTE depending on experience and qualifications. Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enrol in our companyâs 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan. Employees will also be eligible for our Flexible Time Off policy.
