About the Role We're looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help execute demand generation campaigns across digital and events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on streamlining operations and execution. You'll work cross-functionally, partnering closely with leaders in digital demand generation and events to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Your dynamic, hands-on day-to-day will involve everything from ideating digital campaign concepts and tackling event deliverables for tradeshows and field events, to being directly involved in HubSpot operations, such as creating email nurtures or collaborating with the Sales team on lead hand-off. The position is fully remote, based on the East Coast or in the Central US. Your responsibilities What You’ll Do HubSpot & Reporting Execution: Serve as a hands-on tactical stakeholder within HubSpot, building reports, dashboards, and creating lead nurture campaigns. Continuously track and articulate marketing performance (ROI/revenue impact) using Salesforce, GA, and HubSpot data. Digital Campaign Support: Assist in executing full-funnel digital lead generation efforts across all channels. This includes using strong copywriting to develop high-converting ad/nurture copy, supporting ABM strategy execution (6sense/Rollworks or similar preferred), and partnering with our Digital Director and our Paid Media agency to guide creative direction and optimization. Event Logistics & Readiness: Partner with our Events lead to provide dedicated operational support for events (trade shows, dinners, webinars). You'll help to drive digital readiness (assets, landing pages) and logistics for assigned events, ensuring data integrity across HubSpot/SFDC. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales for seamless lead follow-up, and leverage external agencies (design, web ops) to effectively drive your tactical marketing initiatives forward. Requirements What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company. Strong, demonstrated experience executing campaigns in an early-stage startup where you built programs from the ground up. Strong writing skills required for developing high-converting marketing and advertising copy (ad creative, email nurtures, landing pages). Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot (mandatory). Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (advantage). Solid understanding of digital channels and KPIs, including: email, paid media, social, and SEO/SEM. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and vendors simultaneously. (Experience with Project Management tools such as: Asana, ClickUp, Jira is a strong plus). Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Team player who thrives in a collaborative, results-driven environment. Cybersecurity industry experience is preferred. Additional Information: The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 — $150,000 USD + Variable Compensation (where applicable) Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
