Growth Marketing Manager
Organizations today are faced with a dynamic and rapidly changing environment influenced by geopolitical risks, regulatory changes, and security events impacting their people, places, and operations. Disparate physical security systems and data make it difficult to get a clear picture of their current security posture and the path to a more resilient organization. We are here to change that. Bearing brings together the best of ServiceNow to automate incident detection & response, synthesize physical security data, and proactively identify previously unforeseen risks and trends, charting a path to resilience. We are the first physical security operations platform built natively on ServiceNow.
About this role:
As an early-stage Growth Marketing Manager, you will own top-of-funnel pipeline creation by orchestrating field events, digital campaigns, and account-based marketing programs in close partnership with Sales. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will operate as a GTM operator embedded with Account Executives, reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder, responsible for generating qualified meetings, accelerating pipeline generation and deal velocity, and amplifying Bearing’s presence across the physical security and ServiceNow ecosystems. This role is critical to scaling Bearing’s go-to-market engine and will directly influence how we generate and convert pipeline as we grow.
What You’ll Do:
Own outbound sequencing tools and campaign execution, partnering with AEs in a train-the-trainer model
Work directly with the CEO and Founder to align GTM priorities
Run campaigns independently while leveraging ServiceNow and partner ecosystems
Define and evolve lead qualification and prioritization criteria to improve pipeline quality, ensure alignment with Account Executives, and focus efforts on high-probability opportunities
Field & Event Marketing
Own event ROI, including pipeline generation, meeting targets, and post-event conversion
Support ~10–12 events annually, partnering with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution without operating in isolation
Drive pre-event outreach, execution, and follow-up focusing on highest probability outcomes
Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing
Own outbound sequencing tools and campaign execution, enabling scalable outreach in partnership with Account Executives
Enable AEs on campaign and outbound best practices to drive consistent pipeline generation
Identify key verticals — then develop GTM campaigns to drive pipeline in key verticals
Social & Content Amplification
Define Bearing’s LinkedIn strategy and own execution for company
Create content — such as newsletters, case studies, blog posts, social campaigns, product launches, and more — tied to campaigns and events
Develop customer story whitepapers and case studies that translate successful deployments into compelling, sales-ready narratives used across pipeline generation, partner marketing, and enterprise deal cycles
Translate sales insights into high-impact content and campaigns
What You’ll Need:
3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or field marketing in B2B SaaS
Demonstrated ability to operate as a builder in early-stage environments, creating processes and campaigns from scratch
Experience working closely with sales teams in a quota-driven environment
Proven ability to generate pipeline through campaigns and events
Strong writing and communication skills (clear, concise, non-fluffy)
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot)
Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Comfort using AI models and products to scale production
Basic video editing and design skills
Experience supporting account-based or verticalized GTM strategies
Previous ServiceNow and/or physical security experience is a plus!
Compensation:
$100,000-$120,000 salary based on experience + equity participation
Our Values:
DREAMING BIG
We constantly challenge ourselves to push boundaries, defy conventional wisdom, and take smart risks by pursuing big opportunities hiding in plain sight.
MOVING FAST
We push ourselves and portfolio companies to build processes and systems that compress time, speed, and decision-making to produce results faster.
EXPECTING MORE
We demand the best from ourselves, our team, and our partners. We create the context for success by providing the appropriate resources, infrastructure, training, and mentorship required to win.
Bearing is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company. We don’t discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
