Who We Are
Vivant eliminates internet, phone, and WiFi outages for multi-location businesses β guaranteed. We're scaling from $7M to $20M MRR and building a lean, high-output marketing function. You'll be one of two marketing hires working directly with the founder.
The Role
This is an execution role. The Head of Demand Generation sets the strategy. You make it happen. If you're the type of person who needs to be told exactly what to do every day, this isn't for you. If you're the type who looks at a campaign plan and immediately starts figuring out how to execute it β welcome home.
What You'll Execute Day-to-Day
β’ Email campaigns and sequences β build, schedule, and monitor in Go High Level
β’ Content calendar β own the publishing calendar across LinkedIn, email, and the website
β’ Landing pages and lead magnets β build and test, track conversion rates
β’ Social media β LinkedIn-first, consistent posting tied to ICP targeting
β’ Campaign performance tracking β weekly KPI dashboard updated without being asked
β’ Event coordination β trade shows, conferences, webinars β logistics, materials, follow-up sequences
β’ Customer case studies β identify candidates, coordinate interviews, produce written and video assets
β’ Website updates β content updates, landing page creation, basic SEO hygiene
β’ Graphic design β Canva or equivalent, for social, ads, one-pagers, and email assets
The Non-Negotiables
β’ You've executed B2B marketing campaigns β not just assisted, executed β with metrics to show for it
β’ Go High Level, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM β you've built automations and sequences, not just sent blasts
β’ Copywriting is a genuine strength β you can write a cold email subject line and a LinkedIn post that actually gets engagement
β’ You're organized without being told to be β you manage your own deadlines
β’ You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and you adapt without losing output quality
β’ Basic graphic design β you don't need to be a designer, but you can produce clean, on-brand materials
What Success Looks Like
β’ 30 days: All active campaigns documented, CRM cleaned up, content calendar live
β’ 90 days: Consistent content publishing cadence, email sequences running, weekly KPI report delivered to CEO every Monday
β’ 6 months: Measurable improvement in email open/click rates, social engagement trending up, at least 3 customer case studies published
