The Opportunity
We are looking for a Growth Marketer, a true generalist who can wear many hats. This is a hands-on, full-stack role. You will be comfortable building email flows, analyzing funnels, designing new experiments, launching campaigns, contributing to creative strategy, and creating or mocking up landing pages, whether using AI-powered tools or other platforms.
This is a hands-on role combining both strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have real influence over priorities, budgets, and how we build the marketing function going forward.
What We're Looking For
ā¢ 3+ years of growth marketing experience in a DTC or e-commerce environment
ā¢ A proven track record of managing and scaling brands at meaningful revenue levels
ā¢ A self-starter who can operate without established processes and build them from the ground up
ā¢ Data-driven mindset with fluency in key performance metrics including ROAS, LTV, CAC, and CVR
ā¢ Experience designing and running structured experiments
ā¢ Comfort with landing page creation and design, including using AI-powered or no-code tools
ā¢ Email marketing skills, you have built flows and sequences
ā¢ Clear, concise communicator, written and verbal
Bonus Points
ā¢ Experience in health, beauty, wellness, or skincare categories
ā¢ Background in subscription ecommerce
ā¢ Experience scaling a brand from early traction through to significant, sustained revenue
What You'll Do
Growth Strategy and Experimentation
ā¢ Identify and build new acquisition funnels and conversion experiments across channels
ā¢ Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across the entire funnel
ā¢ Identify conversion bottlenecks and own the roadmap to fix them
ā¢ Document learnings and build a culture of structured experimentation across the team
Email Marketing
ā¢ Build and optimize lifecycle email programs including welcome, nurture, and winback sequences
ā¢ Drive revenue from our existing customer base through smart segmentation and personalization
Creative and Landing Pages
ā¢ Contribute to creative strategy for paid channels
ā¢ Mock up and build landing pages using AI tools or platforms such as Webflow
ā¢ Produce conversion-focused creative assets in collaboration with the team
Analytics and Reporting
ā¢ Own growth dashboards and produce clear monthly and quarterly performance reports
ā¢ Set goals and OKRs and ensure the team is tracking toward them over time
ā¢ Translate data into actionable recommendations and remain agile enough to shift strategy when needed
AI and Automation
ā¢ Leverage AI tools for creative automation and to build scalable systems for ad creative production
ā¢ Explore automated approaches to reporting and operational workflows
ā¢ Stay ahead of the curve on how AI is reshaping performance marketing and DTC as a whole
