We are creating a mobile-first experience that blends storytelling, AI-powered memory capture, and intentional family connection. Our early growth will define the category — and we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who knows how to scale mobile apps with precision.
If you understand attribution models, LTV:CAC ratios, viral loops, referral mechanics, and how to turn early traction into compounding growth — this role is for you.
You will own Memily’s mobile app growth engine from strategy to execution.
This is not a “post on social media” marketing role. This is a data-driven, mobile-native, performance growth role. You will design and scale user acquisition, optimize conversion funnels, build referral mechanics, implement tracking infrastructure, and drive sustainable LTV-positive growth. You will work directly with the Founding team and product team to define the growth roadmap.
What You’ll Own:
Mobile User Acquisition Strategy
Paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads)
Influencer + creator-driven acquisition loops
App Store Optimization (ASO)
Organic & referral-based growth mechanics
Affiliate & ambassador program design
Attribution & Analytics Infrastructure
You must understand:
SKAdNetwork
MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, etc.)
iOS vs Android attribution nuances
Deep linking & deferred deep linking
Promo code tracking & campaign attribution
LTV modeling & cohort analysis
Event tracking strategy
You will:
Implement full-funnel event architecture
Define North Star and activation metrics
Build CAC/LTV dashboards
Create experimentation frameworks (A/B testing)
Optimize onboarding conversion rates
Growth Loops & Viral Mechanics:
Design in-app referral flows
Build incentive structures
Develop waitlist or invite-only mechanics (if applicable)
Optimize share flows inside iOS & Android
Increase retention through lifecycle marketing
Conversion & Monetization Optimization:
Paywall testing
Pricing strategy experiments
Subscription funnel improvements
Trial optimization
Push notification & email lifecycle flows
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months):
Clean attribution stack live and fully operational
Clear CAC & LTV benchmarks established
Onboarding conversion improved by 20%+
Referral program live and driving measurable installs
Paid channels validated with scalable unit economics
Defined growth playbook for 2026 scale
