Growth & Content Marketing Manager – Music Media (Meta Ads + Content Production)
About us We’re a growing music website already monetized with Mediavine and positioned for strong ad revenue growth. We aim to build a music-focused equivalent of LadBible/SportBible, publishing highly shareable, social-first articles and listicles and using paid social traffic to drive profitable sessions. Role overview We’re looking for a full-stack growth marketer/content creator to lead our transition into social-driven growth. You will plan and manage Facebook/Instagram (Meta) campaigns, create and publish viral-style music content, and develop repeatable systems to grow traffic and profit. Key responsibilities Meta ads: Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns that profitably drive traffic to our site. Content strategy & creation: Research trending topics and create or commission roughly one high-quality article per day (around five per week to start), mixing timely news-style posts and evergreen listicles. Social post creation: Write engaging headlines and captions and design or brief simple but striking creatives for social ads. Analytics & tracking: Set up and maintain UTM parameters, GA4, and Meta Pixel to measure cost per session, RPM, and ROI. Growth systems: Build scalable processes for campaign testing, article production, and audience growth (email and push notifications). Must-have skills Proven experience running profitable Meta traffic campaigns for content or media sites. Strong copywriting skills for viral-style social posts and ad creatives. Ability to research topics and produce or brief quick-turnaround articles. Understanding of GA4, UTM tagging, and ad network metrics. Ability to work independently and meet ROI targets. Nice-to-have Familiarity with music culture and online music trends. Basic SEO knowledge for evergreen traffic. Experience growing email lists or push notifications. Simple design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar). Success metrics Consistently achieve cost per session below break-even. Maintain a steady publishing cadence and scale traffic profitably.
