They are seeking a Growth Associate to drive user engagement and adoption through content creation and marketing campaigns.ResponsibilitiesOwn content creation across formats - short videos, email campaigns, social posts, and product demos that help the right people understand what Modo buildsRun go-to-market campaigns when new products or markets launch, from brief to liveDiagnose drop-off in the signup and activation funnel and run experiments to fix itDrive adoption of new features through targeted, creative outreach to existing usersTrack and report on what's working - weekly, with clear metrics and a point of view on what to do nextBuild lightweight automations and workflows to remove manual work from the growth loopSkillsYou've shipped something independently — a project, a campaign, a newsletter, anything you took from idea to liveStrong writing — clear, direct, and aimed at the right personTaste and judgement — you know good from bad and you'll say soYou use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) as a core part of how you work — for research, writing, automations, and ideas.
