Growth Associate
Modo Energy is a data platform central to the energy transition, providing benchmarking and forecasting tools for energy investors and developers. The Growth Associate will work with the Head of Product Marketing to enhance user engagement and drive growth through various marketing campaigns and content creation.ResponsibilitiesOwn content creation across formats - short videos, email campaigns, social posts, and product demos that help the right people understand what Modo buildsRun go-to-market campaigns when new products or markets launch, from brief to liveDiagnose drop-off in the signup and activation funnel and run experiments to fix itDrive adoption of new features through targeted, creative outreach to existing usersTrack and report on what's working - weekly, with clear metrics and a point of view on what to do nextBuild lightweight automations and workflows to remove manual work from the growth loopSkillsYou've shipped something independently — a project, a campaign, a newsletter, anything you took from idea to liveStrong writing — clear, direct, and aimed at the right personTaste and judgement — you know good from bad and you'll say soYou use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) as a core part of how you work — for research, writing, automations, and ideas.
