The primary purpose is your growth: exposure to how an early-stage startup operates, direct mentorship from a founder, and hands-on experience across areas like growth, product, and marketing that you can build on.
What this opportunity is designed to give you
This is structured around your learning, not our task list. Depending on your interests and goals, you might explore areas like:
• How early-stage products build an audience and online presence
• What growth experimentation looks like around a real product launch
• How founders research markets, talk to users, and shape product direction
• What content and community-building looks like at the ground level
• How startup operations and decision-making actually work day to day
You'll be learning alongside us, contributing ideas, and getting a real look inside an early startup — at one of the most exciting moments, the launch.
Who this is a good fit for
Someone curious about startups, product, growth, or marketing who wants practical exposure beyond what a classroom or course can offer. You should be comfortable with open-ended exploration and interested in learning by doing.
Because of the launch timeline, we're specifically looking for someone available to start within the next few days — not weeks.
No specific background required. Genuine curiosity and initiative matter most.

• This is an unpaid, non-employment contributor role
• There is no expectation of ongoing commitment from either side
• Fully remote with completely flexible hours
• Part-time — designed to fit around school, other work, or other commitments
About the founder and mentorship The founder has 17+ years of experience across recruiting, HR, and people operations at startups and tech companies. Mentorship is a real part of this arrangement — you'll have direct access and genuine guidance, not a generic intern experience.
A note on future opportunities
As the platform grows and monetizes, we may look to bring on paid contributors. Early participants who are a strong fit will naturally be top of mind. That said, there is no promise or expectation of future employment, and this opportunity carries no such obligation on either side.
