Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the United States (multi-state license preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical experience in inpatient, outpatient, or case management settings
- Familiarity with patient satisfaction metrics and quality improvement practices
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRM, and EHR systems in a remote environment
- Reside in the U.S. with a secure and private home office setup
- Bilingual capabilities a plus
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze patient feedback and service quality metrics
- Serve as a liaison between patients and internal teams to enhance satisfaction
- Identify patterns and develop actionable recommendations for improvement
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to elevate patient experience
- Document interactions, insights, and trends within organizational systems
- Educate staff on best practices for empathetic and effective communication
