ā¢ Graduate from PLACE Launch
ā¢ Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
ā¢ Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
ā¢ Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
ā¢ Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
ā¢ Conduct two open houses monthly
ā¢ Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
ā¢ Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
ā¢ Participate in team activities per team standards
ā¢ Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
ā¢ Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
ā¢ Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
ā¢ Possess a natural drive and competitive nature in sales
ā¢ Excel in establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions
ā¢ Skilled in prospecting and generating leads
ā¢ Naturally adept at overcoming objections
ā¢ Demonstrate strong communication abilities and a dedication to service
ā¢ Collaborative team member
ā¢ Licensed real estate professional
ā¢ Over three years of experience in real estate sales
ā¢ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Eager to learn and focused on growth
ā¢ Highly organized
ā¢ Open to learning scripts and dialogues
ā¢ Outstanding time management skills
