The Role
We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing across both Traffic Label and Sway Gaming. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing our group-wide marketing strategy, driving growth across multiple brands, and building world-class performance marketing systems.
This role is ideal for a startup-minded leader from the iGaming, sports betting, casino, or affiliate sectors who thrives on building teams, scaling customer acquisition, and developing brands from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead a unified marketing strategy across Traffic Label and Sway Gaming.
• Own full-funnel marketing — from strategy to execution — across performance, brand, content, and product marketing.
• Oversee all acquisition channels including SEO, PPC, affiliate, display, programmatic, and social.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team and establish best-in-class marketing operations.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on commercial strategy, partnerships, and new brand launches.
• Lead data-driven decision-making, ensuring marketing performance is measurable, optimised, and tightly aligned with business KPIs.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory environments within the iGaming space.
Required Experience
• Proven track record in a senior marketing role within iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or a related industry.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, ideally launching or growing iGaming brands.
• Strong expertise across performance marketing channels and digital customer acquisition.
• Strategic storyteller with hands-on understanding of creative direction and brand positioning.
• Data-first mindset with experience in using analytics to drive decision-making.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
