We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Support Employee with native Greek language skills to assist in the coordination and execution of project activities. In this role, you will support cross-functional teams, ensure smooth communication with Greek-speaking stakeholders, and contribute to the successful delivery of project goals. Core tasks: Provide administrative and operational support to the project team. Support the preparation, translation, and review of project documentation (Greek ↔ German). Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting notes. Support data collection, reporting, and the preparation of presentations. Requirements Native proficiency in Greek and strong command of German (spoken and written). Experience in project support, project coordination, or administrative roles is an advantage. Experience with ERP systems Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Solid communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools is a plus. Benefits A motivated company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.
