Graphic/Web Designer

We’re looking for a talented Graphic/Web Designer to join our creative team and help design visually compelling content across print and digital channels. You’ll work on a variety of projects including websites, landing pages, email templates, and marketing graphics. The role requires a working knowledge of web design and email marketing design, with a focus on responsive layouts and user experience. You will build HubSpot websites using CLEAN theme and emails using HubSpot’s drag-and-drop builder (HubSpot training will be provided). You will occasionally communicate directly with clients via email or video calls to discuss project requirements and gather feedback. Responsibilities Design beautiful, responsive websites, landing pages, and emails using HubSpot’s drag-and-drop builder (HubSpot training will be provided). Conceptualise and create engaging visual assets based on creative briefs. Ensure all designs are accurate, consistent, and meet quality standards before delivery. Manage projects effectively and meet deadlines. Collaborate with team members and attend internal/client meetings. Communicate with clients to gather requirements, present ideas, and provide updates. Stay up-to-date with design software, AI tools, and industry trends. To be successful in this role, you will have: Education/Qualifications/Background: 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer and/or web designer Portfolio showcasing both graphic and web design work (personal projects welcome) Experience in web design and email marketing design Solid understanding of design principles and user-centered design Tools/Systems Essential: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva Bonus Skills: These additional skills are not mandatory but are a plus and will enhance your suitability for the position: Experience with CLEAN theme to build HubSpot websites Experience with HubSpot’s drag-and-drop builder or similar platforms Proficiency in Figma Knowledge of HTML/CSS Strong branding and visual identity skills Familiarity with AI design tools like Midjourney Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field Soft Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment Must be self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently Strong teamwork and client communication skills By applying for this role, your contact details will be securely stored in our candidate database.
