Red Sage Communications is a leading national agency specializing in place, attraction, and destination marketing—think tourism boards, attractions, and consumer brands that need to move people, sometimes literally. We're remote-friendly, with team members spread across the Southeast and beyond, headquartered in Huntsville, AL.

We're looking for sharp, portfolio-ready designers for freelance and contract work. We're starting with a single project—but we're building a roster of talent we trust, and the goal is for this to grow into something ongoing.

The work spans destination campaigns, attraction brands, and consumer-facing creative—so if you love designing things that make people want to go somewhere or experience something, you're already in the right headspace.

What you might be working on:
• Social media content and digital campaign assets
• Print collateral—anything from one-pagers to large format
• Motion graphics and video support
• UI/UX design and prototyping in Figma

What we're looking for:
• A portfolio that does the talking (required—no portfolio, no conversation)
• Figma fluency—non-negotiable
• Strong foundation in type, color, and visual hierarchy
• Comfort across Adobe Creative Suite
• Someone who takes feedback well, delivers clean files, and communicates clearly
• Motion, video, or web chops are a real plus
