We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative Graphic Designer to join us at a time of rapid growth at Cognisys.

About the Role
We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the creation of high-quality visual assets across the business. You'll play an important role in ensuring our brand remains consistent, professional, and visually engaging across a variety of channels and formats.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Lead Designer, you'll create social content, campaign assets, presentations, website visuals, and supporting brand materials that help drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Support
Create engaging social media graphics across multiple platforms

Produce simple animations and motion graphics for social and digital content

Design campaign assets including banners, event invitations, advertisements, and supporting promotional materials

Update and adapt existing creative assets as required

Support the successful delivery of marketing campaigns through high-quality visual design

Internal Business Support
Design presentations, one-pagers, sales collateral, and supporting business materials

Create visually engaging resources that help teams communicate effectively

Ensure all internal materials align with Cognisys brand standards

Website & Digital Design Support
Support website design projects through mock-ups, layout concepts, and visual updates

Assist with preparing and optimising digital assets for web use

Create simple illustrations and supporting website graphics

Work within established design systems and brand guidelines to maintain consistency

Asset Production & Design Operations
Prepare and export assets for use across different channels and formats

Resize, adapt, and organise creative assets and brand materials

Create simple print materials when required

Maintain organised design files and asset libraries

Deliver work accurately, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard

Requirements
2- 3 years experience in graphic design across both digital and print formats

Strong layout, typography, and visual communication skills

Basic motion design or animation skills for social and digital content

Excellent attention to detail, particularly when preparing assets and making edits

Ability to follow established brand guidelines and work within creative direction

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
