Graphic Designer needed to create logo for solo video game venture
Project Overview:
I am looking for a talented graphic designer to create a professional, memorable logo that represents the identity of our studio.
This is an open-ended creative project — we welcome your vision and interpretation. However, the final design must reflect the following core qualities:
Background: The company will primarily be building games in strategy, role-playing, and simulation genres. Think depth, intelligence, and world-building — not fast-paced action or casual gaming.
Tone: Clean and professional, with a dark and epic aesthetic. A subtle nod to retro or pixel-art styling is welcome but should not overwhelm the overall design.
- The logo or elements of the logo must look great at multiple sizes — from a Steam store page header down to a small app icon or watermark.
Brand Color:
These are the hex codes that I came up with but I am open for other suggestions that may work well together.
Primary: #1E2A38` | Deep navy
Accent #C9A84C` | Warm gold
Secondary 4A7FA5` | Steel blue
Neutral | `#F0EBE1` | Warm cream
Deliverables Expected:
Primary logo in both back and white and color
Horizontal and stacked layout variants
Transparent PNGs, and AI (vector) with layers files

• *What We're Looking For in a Designer:**
- Strong portfolio in logo/brand identity design
- Experience with gaming, entertainment, or tech branding is a plus
- Ability to present multiple initial concepts
- Open to revision rounds and collaborative feedback
Budget & Timeline:
We are open to proposals — please submit your total cost for the project and estimated turnaround with your bid. We value quality over speed but are looking to move forward promptly. No hourly rates, please.
Ownership and Licensing:
This is a work-for-hire project. Full ownership and all rights to the final logo will be transferred to us upon completion and final payment. The designer agrees not to reuse or resell the design and will provide written confirmation of rights transfer.
