Graphic Designer (Internship)
About the Role Location415 Creative is a growing design studio that partners with youth sports programs, athletes, and apparel brands to bring bold visual ideas to life. We’re looking for a creative, motivated Graphic Design Intern who’s passionate about sports, culture, and digital design. This is a hands-on internship — you’ll help design the look and feel of real-world campaigns for teams, events, and lifestyle collections. What You’ll Work On You’ll collaborate with our creative team to produce a wide range of visuals, including: • Social Media Campaigns: Game day posts, event promos, player features, and motivational content • Apparel & Merch Design: Uniform mockups, T-shirts, hoodies, and lifestyle brand concepts • Brand Identity Projects: Logos, typography, and color systems for sports and youth brands • Event Collateral: Flyers, digital ads, and tournament materials • Creative Experiments: Pitch your own design ideas for seasonal or special projects What You’ll Gain • Real client experience in sports and lifestyle branding • A diverse professional portfolio across print, digital, and apparel design • Creative mentorship and regular feedback from experienced designers • Opportunities for ongoing freelance or part-time work after the internship • A professional letter of recommendation upon completion Ideal Candidate You might be a college design student, recent grad, or self-taught creative — what matters is your eye for design and love of storytelling.
