Graphic Designer Intern

This is a remote position. Join AXL Labs to shape the visual identity of our AI products and open-source initiatives. You will create compelling marketing collateral, social media assets, and branding materials for products like Converse and the Delta Initiative. You will play a crucial role in translating complex technological concepts into highly engaging and accessible visual stories. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design digital assets including social media posts, blog graphics, ad creatives, and email newsletter templates. Develop physical branding materials like brochures, pitch decks, and event banners. Maintain and evolve the company’s brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to create visually appealing technical diagrams and feature announcements. Requirements • Proficiency in standard graphic design tools (Affinity Suite, Figma, Canva) and familiarity with alternatives like the Affinity Suite. • Deep understanding of visual communication, color theory, grid systems, and typography. • A creative portfolio showcasing modern branding, digital asset creation, and layout design. • Ability to iterate rapidly based on feedback and maintain brand consistency across platforms. Bonus / Good-to-Have Skills: Video editing and motion graphics (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Familiarity with AI generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion) to speed up mood-boarding and asset creation. Basic 3D modeling and rendering (Blender).
