Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Impeccable command of the English language
• A portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and technical accuracy
• Accuracy-first mindset: no typos, no sloppy files
• Independent, reliable, and able to “make magic with the mundane”
The Fine Details
• Must live in either EST or CST time zones due to the hours many of our clients work (resumes outside of these time zones will not be considered)
• Independent contractor role (1099)
• Live design test required during the interview process
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (fiber optic is ideal) capable of supporting remote server access
• Two-week trial period to ensure mutual fit
• Starting pay: $35/hour during trial, with increase thereafter based on skill level
