Exploding Kittens is looking for a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling, user-friendly designs that drive online sales and elevate the customer experience across our digital platforms. While the primary focus will be PDPs and email design, this role will also support paid ads and social content as needed. You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure all creative is conversion-focused and aligned with e-commerce best practices.Please note: A portfolio submission is required to be considered for this role. Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be reviewed.HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:Design and produce marketing assets for the Exploding Kittens brand and its games across print and digital platformsDevelop DTC/online retailer content, including PDP images and Amazon A+ content Create engaging email and SMS campaigns that drive sales and keep fans coming back Support additional creative needs as needed, including promos, paid ads, event/tradeshow visuals, and social contentMaintain brand consistency while optimizing designs for performance across all channelsManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely, high-quality deliveryCollaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure all creative meets brand, technical, and platform requirementsWHAT WE NEED:3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignProven experience designing for Amazon PDP and A+ content, with an understanding of retailer image requirementsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlinesExperience in Project management tools such as Monday.com or similar project management toolsFamiliarity with paid ad and social content creationBonus points for illustration, animation, or video editing chopsBonus points for Interest in card and board gamesPlease apply directly at jobs.lever.co/explodingkittens.
