Graphic Designer & Content Creator
We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Graphic Designer & Content Creator to help bring our brand to life across digital platforms, events, and merchandise. If you’re passionate about music, visual storytelling, and up-to-date with social trends, this is your opportunity to shine. You’ll design visual content that supports marketing, promotions, and branding efforts across various channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Klaviyo, and more. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and values originality, precision, and brand consistency. Responsibilities Design engaging visual content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) including static posts, reels, carousels, and stories Develop marketing assets for email campaigns (Klaviyo), merchandise, and event promotions Edit short-form videos for promotional and social use (motion graphics a plus) Create and format email marketing designs using Klaviyo templates Produce high-quality ad creatives for paid social campaigns Maintain cohesive branding and visual consistency across all materials Collaborate with the founder on creative sessions and content planning Stay up to date with trends in social media, music/event marketing, and digital design Requirements 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design or digital content creation Strong portfolio showcasing social content, email design, video snippets, and branding work Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) Familiarity with email design platforms (ideally Klaviyo) Solid understanding of social media platforms and content trends Excellent attention to detail in typography, spacing, and formatting Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines independently Bonus: Passion for electronic music, live events, and visual storytelling Preferred Tools Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) CapCut or similar video editing tools Klaviyo (email marketing) Canva (for quick design tasks) Figma (nice to have) Basic knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ad specs (a plus) Benefits Full-time, permanent employment Colombia: Contrato de Trabajo a Término Indefinido All legally mandated benefits, plus health insurance and upskill allowance Originally posted on Himalayas
