The Claremont Institute is seeking a Graphic Designer to support their communications, marketing, and fundraising efforts. The role involves creating visual assets and materials to strengthen the organization's brand and expand its reach. Responsibilities Maintain a consistent brand visual guide to inform and influence all assets and materials for The Claremont Institute Produce content for The Claremont Institute websites, social media accounts, email marketing, and fundraising materials Create program materials for all Claremont events, including agendas/programs, flyers, and more Create or update existing digital and print collateral for various departments, including brochures, one-pagers, and more Leverage graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma Collaborate with members of Claremontβs communications team to transform concepts into compelling designs and digital content Skills 1-3 years of experience in a Graphic Design role Aligned with The Claremont Institute's core values and mission statement Proficiency with Adobe Suite products and Figma Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong team player with ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external organizations Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Company Overview Talent Market is dedicated to advancing the principles of limited government and free enterprise.
