Graphic Designer

Bousfields Inc. is a collaborative consulting firm consisting of planners, urban designers, and community engagement specialists. They are seeking a Graphic Designer to assist in the preparation and development of graphical components for reports and promotional materials, while maintaining brand standards and collaborating with various departments. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, coordination, and development of graphical components of reports, proposals, and promotional materials Perform professional work related to a variety of projects Maintain brand standards for all reports, communications, and in-house materials by utilizing templates Extend conceptual designs provided by Design Managers and Senior Designers into design implementation Collaborate with internal clients, departments and/or other colleagues Skills Minimum of one to two years' experience as a graphic designer Certification or degree in a relevant discipline and related experience Foundational knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, including formatting and layout skills Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with fundamental knowledge of basic tools Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills and graphic communication skills using a variety of media Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and excellent quality work is communicated through layout and the use of visuals Ability to work independently and in a team environment as needed Ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously Detail oriented and self-motivated with excellent organization skills SketchUp and/or AutoCAD experience is an asset Benefits Comprehensive health & retirement benefits program Opportunities for professional development and team building End of year holiday closure Discretionary bonus program for all full-time permanent employees Company Overview Bousfields Inc.
