As a vital part of our creative team, you'll collaborate with marketers, content creators, and other designers to produce high-quality graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and client projects. Key Responsibilities Create visually compelling graphics and layouts for a variety of media, including websites, social media, and print materials. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials by adhering to established brand guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to brainstorm and execute design projects that meet client needs and objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality. Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh and innovative. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and approval. Requirements Requirements Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy. Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs to meet project goals. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
