Graphic Designer
LOCATION: Washington, DC or Remote
SALARY: $30/hour
TIMEFRAME: Through June 2026 (Opportunity to Renew Annually; Must be able to commit for at least 6 months after hire)
HOURS: Must be able to commit to 20 hours per week.
ROLE: Part-Time

We are looking for someone who is able to:
Confidently use Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
Confidently use Canva and build templates from designs made in Adobe software
Cleanly trim photos in Adobe Photoshop
Manage several tasks and projects at once
Create designs that entice and inspire Gen Z and Gen Alpha
Be a self-starter and get ahead of projects
Be detail-oriented (catch typos, fix alignment issues, and ensure brand consistency)
Consistently work toward and meet deadlines
What projects this role will focus on:
BBYO International Convention: SWAG, social media graphics, large-format prints (banners, meter boards, foam boards), app design, and other printed program materials
Campaign & Initiative Branding Kits: Flyer templates, letterheads, social graphics, and other digital assets.
Global Leadership Training Conferences: Large-format prints, SWAG, posters, and slide decks.
Training Resources
Special Strategic Projects
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or other Adobe software is a plus. This role can be hired as a Part-Time employee in the U.S. or contracted outside of the U.S.
