Graphic Designer

Springbrook NY, Inc is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support their marketing efforts. The role involves producing engaging print and digital materials while collaborating with senior team members and marketing associates.ResponsibilitiesCreate visual materials that support marketing campaigns and organizational needs across digital and print formatsProduce and edit graphics for social media, websites, brochures, forms, infographics, banners, and event materialsAssist with layout updates, document formatting, and version controlWork closely with marketing associates, content specialists, and other team members to bring concepts to lifeTake direction from senior designers and support them on larger-scale design projectsEdit, proof, and print materials, including last-minute revisionsApply Springbrook’s brand standards consistently across all materialsAttend events to assist with setting up branded materials and other day-of design needsReview documents for layout accuracy and brand alignmentAssist in drafting basic written content for marketing materials as neededPerform additional tasks as assigned by Marketing & PR LeadershipSkillsBachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field1–2 years of experience (internships or equivalent experience acceptable)Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointUnderstanding of fundamental design principles, layout, and printing practicesStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsCreative, flexible, organized, and detail-orientedAbility to work under deadlines and adapt to shifting prioritiesFlexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends for eventsMust live within Springbrook's 14-County Service RegionHybrid remote schedule with required in-office days; must have a reliable home workspaceRegional travel as neededCompany OverviewSpringbrook offers educational, residential, therapeutic, habilitation, and community support options to over 1,000 individuals with special needs.
