What You'll Do
Collaborate with creative directors, writers, marketers, and project managers to translate complex ideas into compelling content.
Design engaging visual assets for marketing spanning digital, social, video, and print.
Incorporate feedback and make thoughtful revisions.
Maintain and evolve brand standards while ensuring visual consistency across all channels.
Stay current with design trends and emerging creative technologies.
What You Bring
College degree in Design, Communications, or a related field.
3–7+ years of graphic design experience in an in-house marketing team or agency.
A strong portfolio demonstrating modern visual design, compelling visual storytelling, attention to detail, and polished execution.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with the ability to strategically leverage AI tools.
Ability to design across ecosystems, not just individual screens or products.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files, workflows, and multiple projects efficiently.
Strong typography and layout skills.
Understanding of accessibility, sustainability, and ethical design implications.
Nice to Have
Experience creating motion graphics and short-form videos.
Familiarity with creating templates in Adobe Express.
Familiarity with Slate for social media content.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and PageProof.
