Who: College Senior (Now) or Recent Graduate or Grad Student Design Portfolio Required: Submit a link to your design portfolio with your resume to be considered for an interview. We are not interviewing illustrators, cartoon designers or game artist. Required Skills and Traits: • Must be mature, disciplined, reliable, and confident. • Must have advanced design skills as a college Senior or higher. • Must be prepared to deliver quality work under time pressure. • Must be able to meet deadlines. • The right candidate has a clean, polished and sophisticated creative style. • You must have an eye for details. Detailed oriented. • Must have an interest and some knowledge of luxury lifestyle. Not just fashion • Knowledge of Marketing is a PLUS - College Marketing Class Main Duties: • Assist in designing marketing collateral for monthly and bi-weekly digital luxury magazines. • Assist in designing marketing collateral for marketing and Ad campaigns. • Assist in designing social media posts, reels and stories as needed. • Assist in website page design, updates, as needed. • Motion graphics skills is PLUS. • Creative Typography skills is a PLUS. • Website design and coding skills is a PLUS. (Squarespace) Requirements and Skill Set: • Must be proficient in English Grammar! • Must have your own computer. • Must have your own to access to the latest Adobe Creative Suite design software. (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) • Able to work remotely, very dependable, reliable, and maturely. • Ability to work within deadlines, and switch project priorities as necessary with ease. • Take direction and constructive critiquing well. • Self-starter, take initiative, require minimal supervision, and work well within a team. • Must have a no task too small attitude. Education: • College Senior, Grad Student or recent College Grad with a 3.6 GPA or higher. • Must be completing an bachelor’s degree or higher in Visual Communications, or Graphic Design. Compensation: • College Credit Offered. • Real World Experience and Mentorship. (This is not a job, it’s a mentorship internship). • Design Portfolio Enhancement. • Commission will be paid on projects you create and complete, provided they are pre-agreed as paid projects. • You will be credited as a designer in all magazines you contribute to. (Asset for your resume). Internship Hours and Schedule: • You create your internship schedule to accommodate your class and job/work schedule. • Your schedule must be the same weekly. The internship is a minimum of 18 – 24 hours 3-4 days a week with a minimum of 4 months commitment. SUBMIT your design portfolio. We look forward to reviewing it.
