Responsibilities
Use computer graphics software as well as traditional artistic mediums
Work in the manufacturing facility to ensure timely production of products according to specifications.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve manufacturing processes.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse environment.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in production tasks.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
Experience and Education
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year preferred- experience of artistic production and knowledge of common methods and software programs.
Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
Must be able to read and write.
Other Requirements
Valid Texas Drivers License
Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
May be asked to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
Physical Demands
Work environment involves standing and walking for an entire shift. Must be physically capable of performing the duties of a manufacturing job.
