Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic and Motion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual content across various digital platforms, combining expertise in 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, and graphic design. Responsibilities
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, and Unreal Engine.
• Design high-quality 2D and 3D assets, characters, and environments for various multimedia projects.
• Develop character animations and rigging with a focus on anatomy knowledge and realistic movement.
• Perform post-production editing, video editing, and compositing to produce polished final content.
• Utilize scripting languages like Python, C#, C++, and Maya or Blender scripting to automate workflows and enhance project efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize visual ideas aligned with project goals.
• Apply color theory principles to ensure visual consistency and aesthetic appeal across all designs.
• Manage digital art assets using Perforce or other version control systems to maintain project organization.
• Incorporate photography, illustration, typography, and graphic design skills into multimedia projects for maximum impact.
• Stay current with industry trends in computer graphics, game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine, and emerging technologies to improve creative output continually.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in character animation, motion graphics, 3D modeling (ZBrush, Mudbox), and digital art creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) along with Adobe After Effects for motion design.
• Strong knowledge of Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, and other relevant software for 3D animation and game development.
• Familiarity with scripting languages including Python, C#, C++, and Maya or Blender scripting environments.
• Experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere for post-production workflows.
• Knowledge of anatomy for character rigging and animation is highly desirable.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, visual storytelling, and graphic design principles.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, digital art, illustration, or related fields is required.
