As a GRC Analyst, your hands-on expertise with security policies, audit frameworks, and risk controls will directly shape how AI reasons about compliance. This isn't abstract work — your insights will train and validate frontier AI models used by top research teams globally. • Organization Alignerr • Type Hourly Contract • Location Remote • Commitment 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do • Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness • Evaluate and classify real-world compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST • Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation • Generate and validate training and evaluation data that teaches AI systems how to reason about GRC topics • Apply your professional judgment to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and best practices in security governance content Who You Are • 2+ years of experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or information security • Familiar with major frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or similar standards • Comfortable reading and interpreting policy documents, audit reports, and control frameworks • Detail-oriented with precise, structured written reasoning • Self-motivated and able to work independently on asynchronous tasks Nice to Have • Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows • Background in internal audit, third-party risk management, or security consulting • Familiarity with regulatory compliance areas such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or GDPR Why Join Us • Work directly on frontier AI systems with top research labs worldwide • Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule • Freelance perks autonomy, variety, and global collaboration • Make a meaningful impact on how AI understands security and risk • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension Apply To this Job Apply To this Job Apply To This Job
