Governance, Compliance & Contract Leader

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements, implementing effective compliance programs, and managing all contractual agreements. We are looking for a driven individual with a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex contracts. Monitor and maintain an up-to-date understanding of all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Lead the review and negotiation of all contractual agreements, ensuring they align with company goals and values. Oversee the maintenance of accurate and organized contract records and databases. Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance procedures and best practices. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations to make necessary updates to company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external regulatory agencies and legal counsel. Manage a team of compliance and contract management professionals, providing mentorship and support to ensure high-quality work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in new product development and launch processes. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct. Act as a resource for any compliance-related inquiries or issues. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
