Google Veo 3 AI Video Generator (Prompt Engineer)

We are seeking a skilled AI Video Generator / Prompt Engineer who knows how to use Google Veo 3 to generate realistic, authentic-looking short videos that feel like real TikToks or UGC clips. Our fast-growing e-commerce brand is scaling past 8-figures and beyond, and we’re ready to level up our creative production with the power of Google Veo 3. Your job is to generate visually compelling clips that perfectly mimic the authentic look and feel of a talking-head UGC video based on supplied scripts and reference images. You will deliver a sequence of clips to fulfill a 30–60 second brief. This is a pure generation role, you will focus exclusively on creating the raw footage assets that our in-house video editing team will finalize. Key Responsibilities : Veo 3 Content Generation: Rapidly generate realistic, high-quality vertical (9:16) video clips using Veo 3 that accurately reflect the requirements of our creative briefs UGC/Talking-Head Replication: Expertly generate videos that mimic the authentic, unpolished, and engaging style of organic TikTok/UGC content, specifically focusing on talking-head, personal review, or storytelling formats. Sequential Clip Generation: Based on a 30–60 second creative brief, generate a sequence of multiple, cohesive clips that will be edited together into the final video. Visual Consistency: Ensuring character/subject style and setting remain consistent across multiple required clips. Direction: Prompting for specific camera movements (e.g., medium close-up, dynamic movement to replicate a phone camera) and desired lighting/atmosphere. Nanobanana Integration (Highly preferred): Use Nanobanana to create high-quality reference images that match the script’s visual direction Quality Control & Vetting: Vet all generated clips for motion realism, resolution (720p minimum), and prompt adherence before submission. Asset Submission: Deliver raw, unedited video clips in high resolution (720p+) to our editing team What We’re Looking For - Strong hands-on experience with Google Veo 3 (required). - Familiarity with Nanobanana for creating reference images (highly preferred, not required). - Ability to write and adjust prompts to get accurate, consistent visuals. - Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow creative direction. - A creative thinker who knows how to make AI look natural and human.
