Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented Google Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Google Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with our existing GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes environment
Assist with the existing GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
Set up and manage Kubernetes clusters and workloads
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and availability issues
Automate tasks and processes using scripting languages such as Python or Bash
Participate in on-call rotation and provide support for incident resolution
Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and scalability of the cloud infrastructure
Document and communicate technical solutions and procedures to stakeholders
What youll need to succeed
At least 3 years of relevant experience with GCP including Security, Setup and Networking.
Good knowledge and experience with Terraform including developing multiple pipelines/plans to provision multiple resources in GCP.
Good knowledge and experience with Kubernetes including setup, Security, patching, administration, etc..
Strong understanding and experience with policies within GCP, including bindings, members, roles, etc..
Good understanding of GitLab and its components.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of and adherence to Change Management processes.
Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player
Good communications skills in English, both written and verbal
Nice to Have:
Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience MigratingCopying date to GCP for analytics.
Rapid7 experience is a plus.
