Job Description:
We are looking for a developer experienced with Google Apps Script or Microsoft Power Automate to help us automate a simple, time-saving task.
We have a Google Sheet (or Excel file) that is updated daily with price quotes. We need a script or automation that will:
Extract data from specific rows/columns in the spreadsheet
Format the data into a clear summary (table or bullet points is fine)
Automatically send that summary each day via email to 3–5 recipients
This is a one-time project — we just need the automation built and tested, and we’ll handle it from there.
Deliverables:
Working script (Google Apps Script or Power Automate flow)
Documentation on how to update/edit recipients or formatting
Quick test to ensure it works on our file
Ideal Candidate Has:
Experience with Google Apps Script OR Power Automate
Strong understanding of email automation from spreadsheets
Ability to complete and test quickly (ideally within a few days
Certified in Power Automate / Power Platform (PL-900, PL-100, or PL-200)
Experience integrating Excel + SharePoint + Outlook SMTP
Comfortable building automation flows, email templates, and light UIs in Power Apps
Can write clear documentation and handoff instructions
Bonus: Light experience with Power BI if future dashboards are needed
