Overview The Rainforest Alliance is moving from Google’s Universal Analytics to GA4. We are looking for a skilled implementation partner to work with and support our website and data analytics team migrate to GA4; review our stats assessment plan; set up reporting infrastructure in GA4 and Google Tag Manager; and provide staff with training & documentation on the new GA4 and data reporting structure. Main Objectives • Ensure the successful migration from Google Universal Analytics to GA4 • Review stats assessment plan and gain an understanding of our digital KPIs • Help to create tracking in Google Tag Manager to report against our KPIs; set up reporting in GA4 • Provide training & documentation to the website and data analytics team about the new GA4 and GTM configuration Contractor Services at a minimum, must include: * 10 hours/week Deliverables • A functioning GA4 instance for • A clean, operational Google Tag Manager (GTM) workspace for GA4 • Training and documentation provided on new GA4 and GTM set up General terms and conditions for Request for proposal • Proposals and/or any additional information received after the submission time and date are subject to rejection by The Rainforest Alliance. Incomplete proposals may be rejected by RA at its discretion. • The Rainforest Alliance reserves the right to request additional information at any time during the procurement process. • RA is at liberty to make multiple or no selections as part of the proposal process.
