We're seeking a Google Ads Specialist to join our client's team and take ownership of campaign management across Google Ads. This role will begin as a Technical Specialist focused on execution and optimization, with the vision of transitioning into a Manager role within 36 months. Over time, you'll take over client account management responsibilities currently handled by the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is growth-minded, highly motivated, and eager to step into a leadership track. While technical expertise is critical, culture fit and alignment with our client's mission are equally important. Key responsibilities include : • Manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, including creation, optimization, testing, and reporting. • Optimize lead generation campaigns for local businesses and nonprofits, with a strong emphasis on Google Grants accounts. • Use tools like Google Ads Editor and Adalysis to streamline campaign management. • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) for efficiency and optimization. • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement data-driven improvements. • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously iterate inputs and improve outputs. • Support long-term transition by preparing to manage accounts and take on client communication in the future.
