Google Ads Specialist; Remote - Europe

Position: Google Ads Specialist (Remote - Europe) Location: Netherlands Online Advertising Europe is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will take ownership of campaign performance and work closely with experienced specialists to drive real business results for our clients. We’re a performance-focused agency where specialists are trusted to think, act, and optimize with impact. This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in Europe. We have an office in Apeldoorn, but it is optional to go there. What you’ll do • Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max • Take ownership of performance and continuously improve results • Contribute to strategy, testing, and growth opportunities • Work directly with experienced specialists to spar and exchange ideas • Use data and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and performance What working at OAE looks like • Fully remote, Europe-based team • Focus on results, not fixed working hours • A strong team of experienced performance specialists • Direct collaboration and knowledge sharing • Optional open team huddles to work, spar, or connect You’ll work independently, but you’re never on your own. What we’re looking for • Based in Europe • 3–5 years of hands‑on Google Ads experience • Agency experience is preferred • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership • Strong analytical and performance mindset • Experience with e‑commerce is a big plus Why this role?
