Location: U.S. Based Company: Risely LLC Google Ads Manager (Full-Time) Are you passionate about helping businesses grow? Do you have experience building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns? Risely is a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our team and support our continued growth. Our team is fully remote, and we welcome candidates from across the United States. This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s preference, and we are open to contractor work for individuals based outside of Texas. The compensation will depend on experience and background. You can work from anywhere in the U.S., with flexible working hours. Responsibilities As a Google Ads Specialist, you will help our clients generate leads through Google Ads. You’ll handle everything from setting up campaigns to conversion rate optimization and tracking performance. • Manage Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns across various platforms. • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for optimal ad reach. • Optimize ad copy, headlines, and extensions to improve CTR and conversions. • Set up and manage conversion tracking using GTM and GA4. • Analyze performance data and refine strategies to maximize ROI. • Monitor quality scores, bidding strategies, and ad rankings. • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages. • Optimize remarketing and retargeting campaigns for engagement. • Stay updated on Google Ads policies and industry trends. • Provide reports and actionable insights to improve campaign performance. Skills and Qualifications • 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns. • Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking. • Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, including bidding, targeting, and budgeting. • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and ad performance analysis. • Skilled in Google Ads Editor and PPC tools like SEMrush. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. • Knowledge of eCommerce and lead generation PPC strategies. • Excellent communication skills for client reporting and collaboration.
