GoHighLevel (or HubSpot) Funnel & Website Builder for Tax & CFO Consulting Firm

We are launching a new, rebranded consulting company focused on tax planning, strategic advisory, and fractional CFO services (separate from our CPA firm). We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel or HubSpot builder to help us design and launch a clean, professional website and lead funnel.

This is not a basic CPA website. We already have:

•Clear positioning

• Defined offers

• Draft landing page copy

• A structured funnel concept

We need someone who can execute, optimize, and go live, not create strategy from scratch.

Scope of Work

Website (1–3 pages):

• Home / Overview page

• Services page (Tax Planning & Fractional CFO)

• Optional “About / How We Work” page

Funnels & CRM Setup:

• Built in GoHighLevel or HubSpot

• Two lead sources:

1. Podcast traffic → free offer (lead magnet) → nurture → upsell

2. Referrals / outbound leads → credibility-focused site → request call

• Lead capture forms

• Calendar integration

• Basic email automation and tagging

• CRM pipeline setup

Technical Setup:

• Domain connection

• SSL

• Mobile optimization

• Conversion-focused layout

• Clean, professional, executive aesthetic (not hypey)

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven experience building funnels and sites in GoHighLevel or HubSpot

✅ Experience with professional services, consulting, financial, or B2B brands

✅ Strong conversion-oriented design (not just pretty pages)

✅ Ability to take existing copy and improve layout, flow, and UX

✅ Comfortable setting up CRM workflows, tagging, and basic automation

Nice to Have

• Podcast-to-funnel experience

• Experience with upsell / value ladder funnels

• Understanding of compliance-sensitive industries (finance, legal, tax)
