About the Role

The GTM Lead will own market development and revenue generation for a new auto insurance technology platform serving small and mid-sized agencies and related partners. This role combines hands-on business development, customer relationship management, and close collaboration with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and founder to shape and refine the product based on real-world market feedback. The ideal candidate is a seasoned auto insurance professional with 10+ years of experience, a strong solopreneur profile, and is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proven track record of building and closing new business in a startup or new-venture context.

What You'll Do
• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the auto insurance platform
• Own the full revenue lifecycle: build pipeline, close new customers
• Build senior-level relationships with agency principals, carriers, Managing General Agents (MGA) and Third Party Administrators (TPA)
• Partner with CTO and founder to translate feedback into product requirements
• Create business cases, Return On Investment (ROI) models, and business plans for new segments
• Represent the company at select industry events
• Establish repeatable sales and account management processes
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecast, and key metrics

What Makes You a Fit
• 10+ years in auto insurance (agency, carrier, MGA, TPA) with proven new business track record
• Demonstrated success in startup or new-product launch environment
• Strong solopreneur profile (self-starter, strong work ethic, independent)
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Insurtech/SaaS solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Education & Credentials
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or related field required
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license and advanced insurance designations (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM) preferred
