Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop and implement systems to enhance user engagement and increase product adoption.
ā¢ Build and optimize activation and expansion workflows to maximize account growth.
ā¢ Set up and manage go-to-market strategies with a focus on increasing conversion rates and booking sales demos.
ā¢ Work closely with company leaders to drive growth initiatives and strategy implementations.
ā¢ Monitor and report on system performance and suggest improvements for better outcomes.
ā¢ Experiment with and iterate on processes to find the most effective strategies for booking demos and engaging clients.
Qualifications
ā¢ Strong background in growth strategy implementation for tech or SaaS companies.
ā¢ Experience working with tech companies, especially those with B2B software tools.
ā¢ Ability to work within fast-paced environments and experience working from startup to scale.
ā¢ High degree of resilience, grit, and a comfort with iterative processes and experimentation.
ā¢ Proficiency in setting up systems engineering solutions tailored to market needs.
ā¢ Familiarity with enterprise clients and the ability to handle high-level client interactions.
ā¢ Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on outcome-based activities.
ā¢ Preferably located in or open to working within the same time zones as New York or California.
